I realize that your research focused more on the service workers, but I thought I would at least ask.

Are there ever consequences for clients who violate the rules (such as not using a condom or going past an escort's time)? Or is it always considered the service workers fault? What about more serious violations such as assault? Is the onus on the sex worker to report it? Does it affect the client's ability to hire someone in the future (is there a blackball list)?
