I kinda want to know too, now. But I fear this may be one place where the internets fail me. Normally, I'd ask my grandfather who a)is a huge prime minister buff and b)was alive at the time, but Diefenbaker but defense spending which forced my grandfather into early retirement from the navy. Diefenbaker's a dirty word in his house. To the point where I chickened out on telling him I'm a due South fan after he went on a rant against having a character named after him He's pretty intense (but awesome).
