This was really good. I love that you made Caroline the storyteller in the Fraser family - it makes sense he'd get his love for Inuit culture from her, since Bob wasn't around to impart the lore and his grandparents probably focused on the European canon. I also really liked that Fraser envies Ray his ability to "sense boundaries by instinct and dance along them with grace." Beautifully written. That last paragraph was great, too.
