The Husband got me into Dr. Who through our lovely ninth. Currently, I'm sitting in a room filled with Dr. Who books, videos, dvds, books on cassette, etc. His goal in life is to collect every authorized print/audio/video of his favorite fandom. So, when I had a question about sexuality and the Dr, I turned to him. He had a bit to say on the subject which boiled down to, "The fanboys who say the Dr. is non-sexual have apparently not been watching/reading what I have." The Dr. is a sexual being and yet it seems to be a rather fervent feeling that he be viewed as a non-sexual being. Why is that? When I listen to the books on car trips, he sure as heck seems like a sexual being.
