Whether or not it's just for the money, you have to genuinely care if the client is getting ze's money's worth from the experience--although that may have as much to do with the little doily underneath the petits fours as anything strictly sexual.
It's tough for the Guild recruiting so young because you never know how kids are going to turn out, but I have a riff about how they're looking either for kids who are going to turn out gorgeous but kind of shy or less good-looking but so impressed with their own sexiness that the client has to buy in.
