Final screening poll!

OK, guys, it's time for the final screening poll. This time, we'd like you to choose FIVE things total that you most want to watch (that's five over both questions, not five per question).

Then for your five picks, please fill out the text boxes with the FIVE episodes of each series that you most want to watch, or comment if there's not enough room. This is your final vote on episodes - we'll be using the answers to finalise the schedule. Please specify which series each answer applies to, and include the episode number of the episodes, too - your mods aren't all familiar with every fandom. For instance, one of someone's episode picks might read: Torchwood: 102 Day One, 104 Cyberwoman, 108 They Keep Killing Suzie, 112 Captain Jack Harkness, 113 End of Days.

The poll will close 48 hours from now (that's 10pm Thursday Boston/Eastern time), so get your vote in quick, and please help spread the word to make sure everyone gets a chance to vote!

We'll guarantee that the most popular choices will get a showing, but since this chat is spanning 19 time zones, we can't guarantee that it will be at a reasonable time for everybody. (Also, what's a con without sleep deprivation? :D)

The last question is optional, but knowing roughly what time zone people are in will help us when we put together the schedule.

Since the chat will be run based on Boston time (Eastern time), here are a couple of useful links for keeping track of time zones: The World Clock, and for Firefox users, the Foxclocks extension does the same thing in your browser.

ETA: If you don't have a preference about which episodes of your chosen series to watch, you can leave the episode questions blank (and of course, if you've chosen movies for some of your picks, a question about episodes isn't applicable), but if ten people vote for a show but only one person requests specific episodes, then you can guess which eps are going on the schedule. :) Feel free to make less specific choices, too - for instance, you might nominate, say, Stargate SG:1, anything from season 1.

Well, I just realised that my numeracy and literacy skills were subpar and had to modify my poll entry - sorry - I totally skipped the "only choose five" part and was like "OMG, I WANT TO SEE THIS, AND THIS AND OOOH, SHINY!"

That was hard! Not least because the numbering/series system on Due South is all to cock depending on where you have the DVDs from and so on.

I put my choices in the order of the ticky box, i.e. alphabetical, not preferential. Shouldn't make any difference as I love them all.

Yeah, five episodes - the organisation's going to be tough enough as it is. We will take into account that they're shorter, though, when we do the schedule.

Ok, sounds good! I have to note that I did cheat in one little way: a lot of the shows have two-parters that really shouldn't be watched separately, and so I included them as one. I hope that doesn't cause too much confusion!

Oh, the other thing I wanted to note is that the third series of Doctor Who actually premieres this same weekend. I don't know if this will interfere with the scheduling at all (especially given everyone outside the UK will be on a dl delay), but it's worth knowing. Good luck with the tabulations!
